Complaints Comments and Compliments
Cartrefi Conwy recognises that complaints from tenants can be a valuable source of feedback on service delivery.
Cartrefi Conwy has a Customer Care and Complaints Policy and an officer responsible for ensuring that any comments and complaints are replied to and dealt with. The policy includes a step-by-step procedure for those wishing to complain which has been developed in consultation with tenants.
If Cartrefi Conwy can not settle your complaint informally, you can make a complaint through its published complaints procedure which is available below.
There are several stages to the complaints procedure during which your complaint will hopefully be mutually resolved.
However, if you are still unhappy, you can contact the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales, or you can still contact one of your local Councillors, your AM or your local MP, in the same way as you can now.
