Cartrefi Conwy has properties throughout the county of Conwy, and when these become available they are let on a points system.
Cartrefi Conwy will allocate its properties to eligible persons on the basis of housing need. Housing need is assessed by a person’s eligibility for housing and their current housing circumstances.
Cartrefi Conwy will ensure that its lettings policy complies with all relevant legislation and policies of the National Assembly for Wales.
Cartrefi Conwy operate a joint housing register with Conwy County Borough Council and forms to apply to Cartrefi Conwy for re-housing can be obtained from any of the main council offices as well as any Cartrefi Conwy office. Conwy County Borough Council can also provide indepth housing options advice through their Homeless Advisory Support Service who you can call on 01492 576271.
CCBC also has an agreement with Cartrefi Conwy that 75% of all allocations will be done according to CCBC's allocations' policy. This means that 25% of properties are allocated according to Cartrefi Conwy's allocations' policy."
