| The Guarantee for Housing Association Residents |
The Guarantee for Housing Association Residents has been developed by the Welsh Assembly Government in consultation with the Community Housing Cymru and the Welsh Tenants Federation.
This Guarantee applies to you if you are a tenant, leaseholder, shared owner or licensee of a housing association that is registered with the Welsh Assembly Government (“the Assembly”).
There are over 100 registered housing associations in Wales, which between them manage over 122,000 homes. The Welsh Assembly Government acts as the regulator.
You can use the Guarantee to find out what you can expect and to check that you are getting the service that you should be getting from your housing association.
