The Executive Management Team is responsible for the overall running of Cartrefi Conwy. The team is made up of the Chief Executive, the Director of Finance and the Director of Operations.

The full Senior Management Team also includes the Heads of Service for Building Maintenance, Governance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Landlord Services and Finance.
