If you are having problems paying your rent, you should contact your Estate Officer or the Rent Arrears Recovery Officers as soon as possible (see our ‘Contact Us’ page). They will be able to discuss with you the different ways you can pay or direct you to another agency that may be able to help you.

This is a free helpline for anyone with current rent or mortgage arrears or for those who are about to go into arrears with their rent or mortgage in both the private or social housing sector.
