| Adverse Winter Weather Advice |
We hope this winter is kinder in climate than last and hopefully with a few precautions we can all remain safe and warm this winter. We have recently consulted with the Tenants’ forum on an adverse weather policy statement, which has now been agreed. We have enclosed a letter with this newsletter informing you we have a ‘stay put’ policy for elderly and disabled tenants during adverse weather conditions such as snow and ice.
