Policy Statement

The Association is committed to providing equal treatment to all existing and potential staff, Members, residents and customers and equality of service to the communities in which it operates. Cartrefi Conwy is committed to developing a culture in which Equality and Diversity is embraced within all its activities.

This statement applies to: All Board members, staff and contractors of Cartrefi Conwy.

• Cartrefi Conwy will take positive action if it appears that its Strategy is not being fully implemented;
• Cartrefi Conwy’s Welsh Language Scheme provides details of how it will treat the Welsh and English languages on the basis of equality in providing services to the public in Wales.
