Sheltered Housing
Sheltered Housing enables people to live independently with the provision of some support, if needed. This support will be based on a Support Plan assessment agreed between yourself and your warden.
There are nineteen sheltered housing schemes throughout Conwy made up of apartments, flats and bungalows.
Some have communal activities and communal lounges so that people can have company when wanted and privacy when it isn’t. All of these properties are linked to an alarm system; to the warden during office hours and to the Careline Control Centre at all other times.
You can therefore feel secure in the knowledge that in an emergency such as sudden illness or a fall, you can easily summon help.
