Your Responsibilities
Part of your agreement with Cartrefi Conwy states that you will take on certain responsibilities in keeping your tenancy.
In brief, your main responsibilities are to:
Use the property as your only home and keep the interior in a good, clean and tidy condition- Make good any damage to your home
- Report to us promptly any disrepair or defect in your home
- Insure your household contents, fixtures and fittings
- Pay the rent
- Ensure that the behaviour of yourself, your family, and visitors to your home is acceptable and does not cause any nuisance to your neighbours.
- To keep pets under control so that they do not cause a danger, nuisance or annoyance
- Keep any garden including hedges at your home in a cultivated, neat and tidy condition.
